In general, our guests are actively seeking local expertise and are ready to book services that help them explore and enjoy your area to the fullest.
Guests discover your Greetwell listings through their vacation rentals and boutique hotels. Greetwell is also an official Google Things To Do connectivity partner, which helps eligible operators surface in Things To Do placements across Google Search and Google Maps. In select markets, we also support discovery through channels like AI travel planning tools (including ChatGPT) and destination marketing organizations (DMOs) we partner with.
Bookings flow through our platform in a way that fits your setup. If you use a supported reservation system, bookings land in your existing dashboard with inventory syncing automatically, so you manage everything in one place. If you do not, guests book through Greetwell, you confirm availability, and then we connect you directly with the guest to coordinate the details.
If you use a supported booking system, we pull in your availability automatically. If not, guests can still request a booking through Greetwell, but they are not charged until you confirm you are available for the requested date and time. That way, you only get booked for services you can actually provide.
Greetwell collects payment from the guest and then pays you directly by ACH transfer, credit card, or check. Payout timing follows your booking system’s requirements (if applicable) and your cancellation terms, so funds are released according to the rules tied to each booking.
You can set a cancellation policy for each experience or service you offer through Greetwell. This policy will outline the timeframe within which guests can cancel and receive a full or partial refund. Any cancellations outside of the stated policy may be subject to fees.
If you use a supported booking system and have opted into its partner network, your experiences may be eligible to appear on Greetwell. We pull in availability and pricing so everything stays in sync, and bookings follow your normal workflow. You’re always in control, and if you’d prefer not to be listed, contact us and we’ll remove your experiences within 24 hours.
